By accessing or using AI Top Jobs' platform at aitopjobs.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Top Jobs ("we," "us," or "our").

• "Job Seeker": Users seeking employment opportunities
• "Employer": Users posting job listings or seeking candidates
• "Content": Any text, images, data, or materials posted on the Platform
• "Services": All features and functionality provided by the Platform

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Platform, including employment laws, data protection laws, and anti-discrimination laws.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may register as:

• An Employer

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.1 Profile Information

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and application materials
• You grant us a license to display your profile to employers
• You can control visibility of your profile in account settings

6.2 Job Applications

• When you apply for a job, your application information is shared with the employer
• We are not responsible for how employers use your information
• Applying does not guarantee a response or interview

6.3 No Employment Relationship

Using the Platform does not create an employment relationship with us. We are not involved in the hiring process and are not responsible for employment decisions.

7. Employer Terms

7.1 Job Posting Requirements

You agree that all job postings must:

• Represent genuine employment opportunities
• Contain accurate information about the role, location, and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Not request illegal, inappropriate, or excessive personal information
• Include clear application instructions

7.2 Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page
• Fees are non-refundable once a job post goes live
• Jobs remain active for the duration specified in your selected plan
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

7.3 Candidate Information Use

• You may only use candidate information for legitimate hiring purposes
• You must comply with all data protection and privacy laws
• You must delete candidate information when no longer needed for hiring
• You may not share or sell candidate information to third parties
• You may not use candidate information for marketing purposes

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

8.3 Refund Policy

• No refunds after job posting is published
• Refunds may be issued if we fail to publish your job due to technical error

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Top Jobs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform (profiles, resumes, job postings, etc.).

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform
• Modify and adapt your content for technical purposes (formatting, optimization)
• Store and back up your content

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Top Jobs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

• Content you post on the Platform
• Disputes with other users

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in settings
• Emailing us at support@aitopjobs.com

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Required by law or court order

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
